YOU ARE 10-D’s BEST CLIENT(S)

At 10-D, we appreciate you, our clients! We truly enjoy working with you and our partnership. To share some of the reasons we appreciate all of you, I recently asked the 10-D team what traits make for some of our best clients.

DOCUMENTATION, DOCUMENTATION, DOCUMENTATION. By far the number one response from our team. Uploading the documentation in a timely manner is greatly appreciated. Some of you even number the documents, which saves us so much time, which is awesome. Your attention to detail and taking time to review documents and questionnaires gets things off to a great start.

Engaged clients are awesome clients! Kickoff calls are so important, and our awesome clients are ready and raring to go throughout the engagement. Whether it is having worksheets ready to go and things whitelisted, or being responsive when we call with questions, all these things help an engagement go so much more smoothly.

Strong relationships with other third-party partners are a great trait of our best clients. This is especially true with our technical assessments. A good relationship with your MSP is so helpful when there are questions regarding assessment requirements or when the client has questions about findings in the assessment. These can get resolved quickly and to everyone’s satisfaction.

Last but not least, you understand we do our work to help you. You understand we are here to show you things and provide guidance, so you are ready when the examiners visit, or before bad guys find the issues. We are working with you to make your institution better, safer, and operate with less risk.
